Choose the right series based on your application's load direction, space constraints, and rigidity requirements.
| Series | Structure | Inner Ring | Outer Ring | Key Feature | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| RB | Integral inner, split outer | One piece | Two pieces (split) | High rigidity, inner ring rotation | Robot joints, CNC tables |
| RE | Split inner, integral outer | Two pieces (split) | One piece | High rigidity, outer ring rotation | Outer ring rotation apps |
| RA | Ultra-thin compact | One piece | Thin wall (split) | Ultra compact, light weight | Collaborative robots, drones |
| CRBH | Integral inner & outer | One piece | One piece | Highest rigidity, no preload req. | Semiconductor, precision stages |
Unlike standard crossed roller bearings with separated outer rings, our RB/CRBH series features an integral inner ring and optimized outer ring structure, providing 30% higher rigidity and simplified mounting.
Crossed arrangement of cylindrical rollers at 90° V-groove raceways enables simultaneous support of radial, axial, and moment loads — replacing combinations of multiple bearing types.
RA series achieves section height as low as 5.5mm (for RA5008), enabling significant space savings in robot joint designs compared to conventional bearing arrangements.
We offer custom bore diameters, special greases (vacuum/low dust), stainless steel versions, and ceramic-coated options for extreme environments. Contact us for custom specifications.

Ultra-thin profile bearings with constant cross-section, ideal for robot arms, medical CT scanners, radar systems, and satellite gimbals where space constraints and weight reduction are critical design factors.
Unlike standard bearings where cross-section increases with bore size, thin section bearings maintain a constant thin cross-section across all bore sizes — enabling lighter, more compact designs.
Section widths as thin as 4.5mm (KAA series) allow engineers to reduce overall equipment size and weight by up to 40% compared to conventional deep groove ball bearings.
Optimized thin-walled rings significantly reduce bearing weight, critical for robot arms, satellite components, and UAV applications where every gram matters.
Deep groove ball (C-type), angular contact (A-type), four-point contact (X-type), and sealed variants available. Custom preloading and special lubrication options for vacuum/cleanroom environments.
